The net tax revenue of Brazil’s federal government fell 30 percent in April, according to newspaper Valor. The decrease comes as a result of the reduction of economic activity and the postponement of taxes — originally set to be paid in March and April — until August and October. The fall accompanies poor results for the services and industrial sectors, which reported reductions of 6.9 percent and 9.1 percent in March.
