Bolsonaro’s party challenges electoral system. Or does it?
Congresswoman Carla Zambelli of São Paulo, one of President Jair Bolsonaro’s staunchest supporters, published a document on Twitter yesterday supposedly produced by the Liberal Party (to which both she and the president belong) questioning the security of electronic voting machines.
The report. Bearing the party’s logo, the document includes findings by the Voto Legal Institute, which the party hired as a proxy to audit voting machines. At the time, we flagged that the institute’s boss echoes Mr. Bolsonaro’s unproven claims that voting machines can be tampered with.

- It goes further: “Management of the IT supply chain proves to be precarious […] and shows that the Superior Electoral Court hasn’t defined or implemented...
