If he loses, though, he’s not expected to accept the results — electoral courts are trying to use social media for antidote, but are having mixed results.

Lula remains head and shoulders ahead
A new poll by Datafolha, Brazil’s most renowned pollster, confirmed that the 2022 presidential race has reached a level of stability in terms of voter trends. Once again, center-left former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva appears with enough voting intentions to score a first-round landslide victory — and President Jair Bolsonaro remains 19 points behind.
Silver linings. Although it is hard to spin the results Mr. Bolsonaro’s way, there are some positives to which he can cling on:
