This 2023 has been nothing short of fruitful for our work here at The Brazilian Report — and we have three more reasons to say that as of this Thursday. We are excited to announce that our incredible newsroom was featured in the 2023 EPPY Awards in not one, not two, but three different categories.
Don’t lose count: we won Best Home Page Design (fewer than 1 million unique visitors), Best Online-only News Website (fewer than 1 million unique visitors), and Best Overall Website Design (fewer than 1 million unique visitors) categories.
We were also the runners-up in the categories Best Website Navigation Design, Best News/Political Blog, and Best Redesign/Relaunch, all considering fewer than 1 million unique visitors. Almost there!
According to EPPY Awards judges, we can be described as a “well-built site that offers a clean design and a plethora of content,” providing a “nice use of organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and great use of value-added features.” The recognition of our SEO skills is very important.
What a team! From our editorial crew to our skilled design and marketing department, not to mention our highly competent website developers, we could not be prouder. This month’s prizes come less than three months after we also rocked at the 2023 LatAm Digital Media Awards by the World News Association of Publishers. Read more here about our last achievement!
We are also delighted to remember that this is not the first chapter of The Brazilian Report-EPPY Awards love story. With these three new accomplishments, we have increased our EPPY trophy list. Let’s hope that they keep coming.
