How Latin America has reacted to the war in Israel
The unexpected Hamas attack on Israel has caused a global shock, with early estimates speaking of thousands of deaths, and the Israeli response in Gaza already resulting in a similar amount of fatalities.
Repudiation. The initial attack against Israel was condemned by almost all nations, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, and others — all of whom described them as “terrorist attacks” or words to similar effect.
