🎉The Brazilian Report turns six!

Wow, what a year! It feels as if our fifth anniversary was yesterday — and not 12 months ago. Today, The Brazilian Report is turning six, and we are just super excited to start this new chapter with you, folks! We grew as a team, as a company, and as a brand.

One year ago, Brazil was “just” in the middle of its most tense and crucial electoral processes since the return of democracy, in 1985. And our crew was producing its first TV-type show to explain the presidential election in English, in addition to our newsletters, articles, podcasts, social media posts, and more.

Today, we are navigating a whole new landscape — explaining how global tensions may affect Brazil. We started a brand-new chapter, and it seems that ten years went by already.

We are excited to carry on our mission: to bring a Brazilian and Latin American voice to global conversations about our country and our region, showing the subtlety, context, beauty, potential, kindness, and resilience of Latin Americans.

And also to give you a sneak peek of the ocean of opportunities that exist here.

We blow our sixth candle making this wish: that each person reading this text considers following us, either by signing up to our website or by engaging with our content on our website.

This is a way of supporting us, of helping us give a voice to Latin American populations and bring them justice, and finally, encouraging us to become the reference of Brazil and more largely of Latin America for any reader from any part of the world.

Happy sixth birthday to us!
