Vanessa Rahal holds a Ph.D. in Brazilian tax law from São Paulo’s Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP). She is also a professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas and a director at the CCiF (Center for Fiscal Citizenship). Ms. Rahal helped draft the proposal for a tax reform being carried out by lawmakers.
