The number of Brazilians who believe the Covid-19 pandemic will negatively impact the economy in the long-run has risen to 68 from 56 percent within a month, the latest poll by Datafolha released this morning found. Of the people interviewed, only 2 percent believe the public health crisis will not have any impact on the economy — in April this number was around 5 percent.
