⚠️ UPDATE: 204 Covid-19 deaths in 24 hours

According to the Health Ministry’s latest update, Brazilian authorities registered 1,832 new coronavirus infections and 204 Covid-19 deaths between April 13 and 14. The government has yet to report how many people have recovered from the disease so far.

According to government data, the lethality rate of Covid-19 in Brazil sits at 6.1 percent. This rate is not the most trustworthy, however, as cases have been massively underreported since the virus reached the country. Brazil has been unable to produce consistent and detailed data on the outbreak, which makes it difficult to assess the true reach of the coronavirus.
