The closer we get to the U.S. election, the clearer the picture of a Joe Biden win over President Donald Trump becomes. One senior official who operates as a liaison between the Brazilian government and the U.S. political establishment, who requested not to be named, spoke with The Brazilian Report about what the Bolsonaro administration expects for the country’s (and Latin America’s) relations with the U.S. for 2021 and beyond.
