The Brazilian Report wins journalism award ahead of fourth anniversary

We at The Brazilian Report are proud to announce that our website won the “Best Paid Content Strategy” award for medium- or small-sized newsrooms at the 2021 LATAM Digital Media Awards, by the World Association of News Publishers, or WAN-IFRA.

In the overall ranking, we finished second behind major newspaper O Globo, owned by Brazil’s largest media conglomerate. Rounding off the podium was Polls.mx — a Mexican aggregator which seeks to decrypt opinion polls in the country.
