Mines and Energy Minister latest cabinet member to test positive for coronavirus

Mines and Energy Minister Bento Albuquerque has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. He is the second cabinet member to be diagnosed today. Earlier in the day, the president’s chief security officer, General Augusto Heleno, confirmed on Twitter he has also contracted the novel coronavirus.
