Brazil, Uruguay looking in opposite directions
After his trip to Buenos Aires, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva traveled to Uruguay on Wednesday to meet with his center-right counterpart Luis Lacalle Pou. Even while sprinkling some football jokes into his speech, Lula seemed much less at ease than with his Argentinian buddy, Alberto Fernández.
