Institutions react to Bolsonaro’s latest ploy, but not the ones that matter
After President Jair Bolsonaro told a crowd of foreign ambassadors on Monday that Brazil’s electoral system was vulnerable to fraud, multiple institutions have moved to counter his unproven claims.
