Bill proposes suspension of negative credit report entries

On Thursday, the lower house passed a bill that authorizes credit reporting agencies SPC and Serasa to suspend the entry of negative credit reports for 90 days. The goal is to allow Brazilians who ran into debt during the pandemic to maintain their credit scores. The Senate will now vote on the bill.
