Brazil clears Pfizer vaccine for teens aged 12-15

Anvisa, Brazil’s federal health regulator, cleared on Friday the use of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine in teens aged 12 to 15 years. The immunizer was the first to get permanent clearance in Brazil — also is being the only one available to minors aged 16 or 17 in the country.

Pfizer says its Covid-19 vaccine is “100-percent effective” in adolescents.
