Peru’s nail-biting presidential race remains undecided

The Peruvian presidential election is going to the wire. Far-left candidate Pedro Castillo now has a 0.152-point lead against far-right candidate Keiko Fujimori. With most remaining ballots coming from rural areas, Mr. Castillo seems poised to widen the gap.
