The Economy Ministry in itself is 25,777 workers down during the pandemic, making it the most affected government agency. Furthermore, medical confidentiality rules that civil servants are not obligated to disclose their diagnoses. Previous reports informed that 91 employees of Brazil’s federally-owned post office Correios had tested positive for Covid-19. In the Brazilian Air Force, confirmed cases amount to 36 — with 882 suspected patients.
