🇦🇷 Argentina. Citizens prohibited from leaving their homes until March 31. (El País, in Spanish)

🇵🇪 Peru. President Martín Vizcarra confirmed Peru’s first four coronavirus victims. Amid the crisis, he changed his Health Minister. (El Comercio, in Spanish)
