Since mass protests in 2013, Brazil has become increasingly politically polarized. After Bolsonaro’s election, this has grown even stronger.

With huge political differences, even choosing your wardrobe has become a difficult task. For the Sep. 7 Independence Day’s holiday, President Bolsonaro asked his supporters to wear green and yellow “for the Amazon”. In protest, people against the government will wear black.

How can we choose what to wear without inadvertently supporting a political cause?
